Guest Access
You will have access to one underground parking spot during your stay. For check-in, we’ll personally meet you at the condo to provide the keys, walk you through the space, and answer any questions you may have. During your stay, you’ll have full access to the entire condo, with the exception of the locked cleaner’s closet. Relax in the comfortable living room featuring a large TV with Netflix, cook with ease in the fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, and enjoy meals in the cozy dining area. For those working remotely, the dedicated office space provides a quiet and convenient environment to stay productive. The bedrooms are designed for relaxation, complete with fresh linens, generous storage, and two clean, spacious bathrooms. You’ll also enjoy Wi-Fi access and a private balcony, ideal for unwinding in the morning or evening. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, our condo offers the perfect blend of convenience and comfort. Please note that we enforce a strict no-party, no-event, and no-gathering policy to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and residents.

You’ll enjoy easy access to all of Toronto’s downtown attractions, with the subway just steps away, making it ideal for both work and leisure stays. Netflix is included. Please note: This is a 2 Bedrooms + Den The primary bedroom is fully furnished for a restful stay. The second bedroom features a pull-out sofa – please refer to the photos for a clear layout. The den is set up as an office, perfect for remote work or study. For guests staying 28 nights or more, we will provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials. After the initial supply, it will be the guest’s responsibility to replenish these items as needed. Examples include: Toilet paper, Paper towels, Laundry detergent, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body wash, Dish soap, Lotion, and other basic household supplies. No parties, events, or gatherings are permitted, as noise travels easily throughout the building. We ask all guests to respect our quiet and respectful community. Please note: As per the condo corporation’s policies, the Party Room and Meeting Rooms are not accessible to guests staying 30 nights or more (mid-term rentals).
