There is parking available for two (small to medium) cars around back. To enter the Upper Beaches Getaway, you will be provided with your own personel door code. During your stay, you will have access to the three levels of the home, offering plenty of space and comfort. The first level features a cozy living room with a large TV with and Netflix, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, and a dining area perfect for family meals. The second level includes comfortable bedrooms with fresh linens and ample storage, as well as a clean and spacious bathroom. The Upper Beaches Getaway is designed to make you feel at home with amenities like Wi-Fi, board games, and a backyard where you can relax and watch the kids play. We also provide essentials such as coffee, tea, and toiletries. Whether you're visiting for business or pleasure, attending a local event, or simply exploring the area, our home offers the ideal blend of comfort, convenience, and local charm. Please note that we maintain a strict no parties, events, or gatherings policy to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.

Other Details to Note
Do not worry about towels and toiletries; we will provide you with fresh linens and towels, as well as clean home for your stay as required. We also include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion—fewer things to carry in your luggage. The pilows and blankets are in the laundry room. Please place the flat sheet on the couch first, to help protect the couch. Please let us know if you require anything else, and we will do our best to get it for you. Important Note: - No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed on the property. For the safety and security of our guests and property, there is a video/voice camera at the front door. Please Note: For guests staying 28 nights or more, we will provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials. After the initial supply, it will be the guest’s responsibility to replenish these items as needed. Examples include: Toilet paper, Paper towels, Laundry detergent, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body wash, Dish soap, Lotion, and other basic household supplies. Please don't hesitate to let us know if you require anything else to make your stay more enjoyable, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
