Good to know

The appartment is equip with everything you need, as if you were in the comfort of your own home. Very comfortable, cozy and located in a nice quiet mature neighbourhood. It is a great place to relax, rest and sleep between your events. Enjoy a board game or watch a movie on Neflix during the winter months or relax in the backyard during the summer months, well watching the kids playing in the backyard. Two TV's- A 55" TV in the family room and a 27" TV in both bedrooms to enjoy. Need to stretch your legs; go for a walk down the street to enjoy the large park and watch the kids play at the playground. The house is close to shops, malls, parks and public transportation. We also offer for our guests with small children, kids toys, crib, board games, kids books, kids dishware (plates, bowls, cups, and utensils), baby bath tub. We also offer high chair and play pen; (request only- we will make sure they are set up upon your arrival). We live in the upstairs area and we are very considerate and conscious to the noise level for our guests downstairs. Please No Parties, events and gatherings. Noise travels very easy. Please Note: For guests staying 28 nights or more, we will provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials. After the initial supply, it will be the guest’s responsibility to replenish these items as needed. Examples include: Toilet paper, Paper towels, Laundry detergent, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body wash, Dish soap, Lotion, and other basic household supplies.

Other Details to Note

Do not worry about towels, and toiletries...we will provide you with fresh linens and towels....and housekeeping as required. We also include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion. Less things to carry in your luggage. Please Note: For guests staying 28 nights or more, we will provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials. After the initial supply, it will be the guest’s responsibility to replenish these items as needed. Examples include: Toilet paper, Paper towels, Laundry detergent, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body wash, Dish soap, Lotion, and other basic household supplies. No Parties or Events or Gatherings allowed on the property. We offer highchair, play pen and baby bath tub on a request only. There is also kids toys and board games to play with. For the safety and security for our guest and property, there is a video/voice camera at the front and the side of the house. The driveway is covered by the video/voice camera too. Please don't hesitate let us know if you require anything else to make your stay more enjoyable and we will do our best to get it for you.

I don’t think words can fully describe how wonderful our experience was.From the first night we arrived, Bruce stopped by to make sure we had everything we needed.He brought extra large carpets so our baby could play on.Although it was almost -30°C outside, the house was always perfectly warm. Whenever we needed anything, he responded immediately and did everything he could to help.He also constantly cleared the snow before we even had a chance,despite heavy snowfall.The house was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equiped.And the charging stations were very useful.They let us use their garage.We loved the backyard and our daughter enjoyed watching squirrels and rabbits.They also gave gifts to our children which meant a lot.Our daughter loved Bruce and Marilyn.She still talks about him.When it was time to leave they hugged us goodbye and even helped us carry our belongings.We stayed in many places before but we never experienced such genuine hospitality.

We had an excellent stay at Bruce’s place. The apartment was exactly as described and shown in the pictures, and it felt like home. The apartment is well equipped and has thoughtful touches that made our stay very comfortable. The apartment itself is spacious and lovely. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bathroom is very clean and spacious, and the rooms are comfortable. Bruce was an outstanding host. He is friendly, kind and responsive. He went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, even though everything was so well provided that we didn’t really need to request anything else. He was always ready to help and frequently checked in to make sure everything was fine. Overall, this was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was beautifully set up, and exactly as described. The host was friendly, very responsive, and made check-in very easy. The location was convenient and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a long day. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

I honestly have so much to say about this incredible host and beautiful apartment, but words alone may not do it justice. From the very first day we checked in, it felt like home for me and the kids. The apartment was far beyond what we expected; warm, spotless, and thoughtfully arranged. “Mr. Bruce,” as my daughter lovingly called him, was nothing short of exceptional. He treated us with such kindness and care, always just a message away whenever we needed anything. His wife was equally gracious, a true angel with a constant, welcoming smile. When my sister gave birth during our stay, they went above and beyond to surprise her with a thoughtful gift. That act alone left us deeply touched. The neighborhood itself was peaceful, clean, and ideal for a restful stay. Every part of this experience was worth every dollar spent. Thank you, Bruce, for making us feel so at home, even while we were miles away from our own.
