The suite is located in a quiet, family-friendly Brampton neighbourhood with a peaceful residential feel and convenient access to everyday essentials. It is a great home base for monthly stays, work trips, relocations, hospital visits, airport travel, and families spending time in the GTA. Guests will be close to parks, walking areas, grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, shopping, and major roads. The neighbourhood offers a calm place to come back to at the end of the day, while still keeping you connected to Brampton, Vaughan, Mississauga, Toronto, and the surrounding area. Pearson International Airport, Brampton Civic Hospital, Claireville Conservation Area, Bramalea City Centre, Vaughan Mills, Woodbine Mall, and Woodbine Racetrack/Casino are all within a convenient drive. A vehicle is recommended for getting around, and guests have access to two driveway parking spaces during their stay.

Guests have private access to the entire lower-level suite, including: Two bedrooms One full bathroom with bathtub Living and dining area Fully equipped kitchen Dedicated workspace In-unit washer and dryer Workout equipment Backyard access with outdoor seating and BBQ Two driveway parking spaces Self check-in is available by keypad. Your personal entry code will be sent before arrival. Guests enter through the side gate and follow the pathway to the private back entrance. Please note: There are no shared interior spaces Locked closets, storage areas, and locked rooms are reserved for owner and cleaning supplies If an area is locked, it is not available for guest use The upstairs deck is not available to guests The homeowners live upstairs and are available if needed, while fully respecting your privacy
Good to know
The appartment is equip with everything you need, as if you were in the comfort of your own home. Very comfortable, cozy and located in a nice quiet mature neighbourhood. It is a great place to relax, rest and sleep between your events. Enjoy a board game or watch a movie on Neflix during the winter months or relax in the backyard during the summer months, well watching the kids playing in the backyard. Two TV's- A 55" TV in the family room and a 27" TV in the bedroom to enjoy. Need to stretch your legs; go for a walk down the street to enjoy the large park and watch the kids play at the playground. The house is close to shops, malls, parks and public transportation. We also offer for our guests with small children, kids toys, crib, board games, kids books, kids dishware (plates, bowls, cups, and utensils), baby bath tub. We also offer high chair and play pen; (request only- we will make sure they are set up upon your arrival). We live in the upstairs area and we are very considerate and conscious to the noise level for our guests downstairs. Please No Parties, events and gatherings. Noise travels very easy. **Netflix, coffee, tea is also included**
Other Details to Note
No Parties or Events or Gatherings allowed on the property. We offer highchair, play pen and baby bath tub on a request only. There is also kids toys and board games to play with. For the safety and security for our guest and property, there is a video/voice camera at the front and the side of the house. The driveway is covered by the video/voice camera too. Please don't hesitate let us know if you require anything else to make your stay more enjoyable and we will do our best to get it for you.
